Quebec defensive end Kafo signs with NCAA’s Minnesota Gophers (VIDEO)

CFC TOP 100 defensive end Julien Patrice Kafo  has officially signed with NCAA Division 1 FBS team University of Minnesota Gophers.

The 6’4, 255 pound defensive end from Mont Tremblant, Quebec received NCAA offers from included Pittsburgh, Connecticut, Indiana, and Miami-Ohio.

Kafo recently completed a successful career with CEGEP Division 1 team, Vanier Cheetahs.  During the 2012 season with the Cheetahs, Kafo registered 27.5 tackles, 4 TFLs, recorded five sacks and two batted down passes, Previous to the Cheetahs, Kafo played high school football for Polyvalente de Monts. Academically, the Quebec defensive end will study business at the NCAA campus.
