Recruiting Wrap: 20+ prospects announce their RSEQ commitments

CFC100 RB Theodore Seaborn

We begin our RSEQ update with a big transfer as CFC100 RB Theodore Seaborn decided to depart from McGill for Laval.

The 5’9″, 170lbs running back spent his high school days at College Notre Dame, and finished his CEGEP career at Vieux Montreal.

LB William Naud

Next up on the Laval commit train is LB William Naud.

The 6’1″, 220lbs linebacker spent his high school days at Nicolas-Gatineau, and finished his CEGEP career at Campus Notre-Dame de Foy.

CFC60 OT Jean-Christophe Vibert

Laval continue their offensive line pipeline with the commitment of CFC60 OT Jean-Christophe Vibert.

The 6’4″,Ā  310lbs offensive tackle spent his high school days at School Du Mistral, and finished his CEGEP career at Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

DB Arnaud Laporte

Laval continue to spread the love around on defence with the commitment of DB Arnaud Laporte.

The 6’0″, 185lbs defensive spent his CEGEP career at Thetford Mines.

WR Gabrielle Loiselle

It came down to the top dogs in Quebec, and in the end Laval earned the commitment of WR Gabriel Loiselle.

The highly coveted receiver prospect spent his high school days at Roger-Comtois, and finished his CEGEP career at Campus Notre-Dame de Foy.

Laval add some more weapons to the backfield with the commitment of RB Gabriel Leblond.

The 5’11”, 187lbs running back spent his high school days at College de Levis, and finished his CEGEP career at Levis-Lauzon.

CB Maxime Saucier-Lafond

Laval continue to add reinforcements on the flank with the commitment of CB Maxime Saucier-Lafond.

The 6’0″, 200lbs cornerback spent his CEGEP career at Limoilou, and can also take up punting duties in a pinch.

DE Dominique Jacques

Our final Laval commit of the week is DE Dominique Jacques.

The 6’3″, 230lbs defensive end spent CEGEP career at College Champlain-Lennoxville.

DE Bryan Nemey

We turn our attention to the Concordia Stingers, who’ve been one of the busiest programs in Canada this past month starting with the commitment of DL Bryan Nemey.

The 6’2″, 220lbs defensive end spent his high school days at Polyvalente des Monts, and finished his CEGEP career at Shawinigan.

RB Yann Reynolds

Next up on the Stingers wish list is the commitment of RB Yann Reynolds.

The 5’11”, 195lbs running back spent his CEGEP career at Saint-Hyacinthe.

WR Franck Tano

Concordia continue to stockpile offensive weapons with the commitment of REC Franck Tano.

The 5’11”, 185lbs receiver originally hails from the Ivory Coast before spending his high school days at Ecole De L’Amitie, and finishing his CEGEP career at Lanaudiere.

WR Louis Lafleur

There’s high hopes for a potential one-two punch out wide with Concordia also grabbing the commitment of WR Louis Lafleur.

The 6’1″, 190lbs receiver spent his Midget days playing for the Wildcats of the Lanaudiere Regional Football Association, and split his CEGEP career between College Champlain-Lennoxville and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

OL Jake Wester

Concordia add some beef to the front lines with the commitment of OL Jake Wester.

The 6’0″, 280lbs offensive lineman spent his CEGEP career at Saint-Hyacinthe.

LB Gabriel Tremblay

The Stingers are searching all over Quebec for talent, and are hoping they unearthed a gem in LB Gabriel Tremblay.

The 6’0″, 190lbs linebacker spent his CEGEP career at Jonquiere.

Concordia flip their attention to the defensive side of the ball for their final commitment update with DL Pierre Emannuel Paul.

We check in with Sherbrooke now, who’ve been busy mining Quebec for the commitment of OL Eloi Bergeron.

The 6’2″, 250lbs offensive tackle spent his high school days at College Saint-Bernard, and finished his CEGEP career at Trois-Rivieres.

DE Edouard St-Amand

On the opposite side of the trenches, Sherbrooke earned the commitment of DE Edouard St-Amand.

The 6’1″, 235lbs defensive end spent his high school days at Saint-Joseph, and finished his CEGEP career at Ɖdouard-Montpetit.

OL Mathieu Parenteau

We begin our long trail of Carabins commits with OL Mathieu Parenteau.

The 6’3″, 290lbs offensive lineman spent his high school days at Fernand-Lefebvre, and finished his CEGEP career at College Champlain-Lennoxville.

CFC60 RB Anthony Renault

Montreal are looking to continue their long line of dynamic weapons in the backfield with the commitment of RB Anthony Renault.

The 5”9″, 180lbs running back spent his high school career at Cure-Antoine-Labelle, and finished his CEGEP career at College AndrĆ©-Grasset.

WR Wedens Alexandre Jr.

Montreal are wasting no time loading up out wide with the commitment of WR Wedens Alexandre Jr.

The 5’8″, 155lbs receiver spent his junior days with the St Leonard Cougars, and finished his CEGEP career at College Andre-Grasset.

Montreal are hoping to keep opposing quarterbacks on their toes with the commitment of OL Gabriel Maisonneuve.

The 6’3″, 225lbs defensive end spent his high school days at Hormidas-Gamelin, and finished his CEGEP career at l’Outaouais.

DB Clement Chevalier

Montreal continue to add more talent from France with the commitment of DB Clement Chevalier.

The 6’0″, 179lbs defensive back originally hails from France where he plays for the National Team, and finished his CEGEP career at Thetford Mines.

WR Simon Riopel

The Carabins stockpile of offensive talent continues with the commitment of WR Simon Riopel.

The final of a quartet of future Carabins weapons out wide is WR Simon Neil Loisel.

The 5’11”, 160lbs receiver spent his high school days at Polyvalente des Monts, and finished his CEGEP career at College Champlain-Lennoxville.

Our final update from the RSEQ recruiting scene is the commitment of LB Gabriel Lessard to Montreal.
