Christopher began playing for youth teams in grade six. Recently, he completed his career with the Sandwich Sabres of the Windsor and Essex County Secondary School Athletic Association (WECSSAA).

Chris has won many accolades including Rookie of the Year (2011), Defensive Player of the Year (2012 and 2014), Offensive Lineman of the Year (2013) and WECSSAA First-Team All-Star

The Sabres standout’s main influence has been his older brother Rob who first got him interested in the sport. They both train together. Rob is four years his senior as well as his offensive line coach at Sandwich, pushes him daily to keep up and surprass his older brother.

“He always held me to a higher standard,” says Chris.  “He always needed something from me, whether it was getting the team focused or coming up with a big play and I’d try to deliver for him”

While the Sandwich lineman has not committed anywhere as of yet, he is open to interest from schools.  He’s been in contact with the Windsor Lancers.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
