It was a special day for TE Jaxson Isaac out of Dupage College, who announced his commitment to Eastern Illinois.
The 6’6″, 240lbs tight end originally hails from Regina where he suited up at Sheldon Williams. During the pandemic he decided to make the move down south to play at Clearwater Academy, and then moved onto Dupage College in Illinois last season, who are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association.
Isaac received his first NCAA DI offer from Southeastern University, and followed up with his second from Butler. He also received attention north of the border with offers from Simon Fraser, York and St. Mary’s, but eventually Eastern Illinois stole the show with an offer at the beginning of June.
Super blessed and honoured to be accepting my offer and continuing my football career as a panther!! @EIU_FB @GunnTwyner
All love and a big thank you to all the people that have helped make my dreams become a reality! I couldn’t have done it without you!!! pic.twitter.com/QPJcQQyWZO

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
