  • CFC100 top 5 Kenzy Le Paul becomes the sixth Class of 2022 to announce their NCAA commitment with Vanderbilt securing the services of the speedy receiver. Le Paul chose Vandy over other Power 5 offers from the likes of Penn State, Michigan State, Tennessee, Indiana, Virginia, Missouri, Mississippi State and Ole Miss. In total he had 18 NCAA offers on the table.

NCAA OFFERS

  • CFC40 LB/DE Deshawn Stevens has announced his transfer to join the West Virginia Mountaineers. After entering the transfer portal a couple months ago, he was picked sixth overall in the CFL Draft by the Ottawa Redblacks, but with the extra year of eligibility given due to COVID allowing him to play one more year of NCAA football, he will be joining the Mountaineers for the 2021 season to help anchor the defense alongside CFC40 S Alonzo Addae.

NCAA COMMITS

  • CFC100 ATH Max Polischuk also announced his commitment to South Dakota State this week shortly after picking up an offer from them the week before. Joining him with interesting news this week was his teammate, CFC100 DE Isaiah Hastings, who grabbed an offer from Michigan.

NCAA CONSIDERATIONS

  • CFC60 OT Tyrone Webber continued doing what he does this week, and that’s reeling in offers from FBS schools. After a bit of a pause coming in the seemingly never-ending stream of offers for the first-team JUCO All-American, Webber picked up yet another offer from Syracuse, then two more from UNLV and Buffalo soon after.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
