- West Virginia sophomore CFC100 DT Akheem Mesidor entered the transfer portal this week. A freshman All-American in 2020, and two-time all-Big 12 player, the 6’2”, 270lbs defensive lineman has made 70 tackles 14.5 TFLs, and 9.5 sacks during his 2 years at WVU and has already gotten interest from big time schools like Penn State, LSU, USC, Miami, and Auburn.
- 2022 CFL draft-eligible CFC60 WR Samuel Emilus recently participated in both the Louisiana Tech and Massachusetts pro days, showing off his athleticism that’s is part of the reason he will be a highly-ranked CFC40 player. He ran a 4.59 40, 4.13 shuttle, 6.88 3-cone, while jumping 37” on the vert and 10’4” on the broad jump. He also put up 9 reps on the bench press
- CFC100 LB Jesse Luketa participated at his Penn State pro day too recently. He chose to sit on his 4.89 40 from the combine but improved his broad jump by half a foot to 10 feet, and jumped a 36.5-inch vertical (down 1 inch from the combine). He also put up 18 reps on the bench press, ran a 4.27 shuttle, and a 7.29 3-cone.
