U Sports 2017 recruiting analysis (CWUAA): Will the Rams continue their climb up the mountain?

Last year we saw the Regina Rams pull off one of the most miraculous, single season turnarounds in U Sport history as they went from 0-8 to 6-2 which saw them land in the playoffs last season and host a home playoff game.
