“Waterloo made me feel very welcome at the visit and I could really see myself going to school but also playing there,” elaborated Boucher.  “I know I can come in and learn many things and improve as a player and try to help the team as much as I can.”

“The recruitment process has been pretty good so far. It feels good knowing that you are being recognized for all the hard work you put in. It’s pretty exciting having people come and watch you play football from another school. You just have to remember to not let it affect how you play, and go out and have fun. It’s nice to feel wanted for your athletic ability.”

The Warriors are excited to have Boucher on their team due the playmaking abilities he possesses as previously demonstrated by the varied positions he has tried throughout his career.

“Tyler is an exciting and experienced player making athlete with great speed, we like him at slot-back because of his hands and smooth route running,” assessed Warriors Recruiting Coordinator Nial Both.  “Tyler is going to be a factor not just by exceling on offense but also special teams as a returner.”

Dealius Danso

The 6’0, 230 pound linebacker from Brampton, Ontario completed a stint with Cardinal Ambrozic River Hawks of the Region of Peel Secondary School Athletic Association (ROPSSAA) as well as the Brampton Bulldogs of the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL).

“We’re extremely pleased to be adding Dealius Danso to our 2015 class; his commitment adds some physicality, toughness and explosiveness to our defense,” added Both.  “Dealius is a hard hitting linebacker that can also play on the line of scrimmage; he finishes all his tackles with intent and is a great special teams player.”
