William and Mary sign Evan De Buglio

You’re always going to get a prospect or two who slips the radar, and Evan De Buglio out of the Kent School (CT) fit the bill signing with William and Mary.

NCAA EARLY SIGNING DAY TRACKER

We were only made aware of the young linebacker recently after his former program Chaminade College out of Toronto gave us a heads up, and are sure he’s got a bright future ahead after getting a chance to watch him play on tape. He only received his offer from the Tribe at the beginning of December, which makes this a quick turn around on the trail, and an exciting breakthrough for both sides just in time for the holidays. De Buglio will be joining fellow Canadian CFC100Β Graydon Campbell in Virginia, who enjoyed a productive season as a junior in 2018.

William and Mary finished 2018 with a 4-6 record in the Colonial Athletic Association, which can be considered one of the toughest FCS regions right now. De Buglio was the only Canadian they offered during the early signing period, but things can always change come February.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
