#CFCOVFL: WR Aujla consistency improving with Warriors

Aman is aĀ wide receiver who recently finished grade eightĀ is already playing his fifth season with the Mississauga Warriors (OVFL).

In his five seasons with the Warriors, Aman has grown as a player and an individual earning two team MVP Awards.

“My highlight last season was how we developed as players,” Aman explains. “Even though it wasn’t a winning season I learnt so much which shaped me to become a better wide receiver this year.”

Aman owes a lot of his on and off the field success to his parents.

“My parents are the two most influential people in my life,” Aman says. Ā “They always believe in me.”

“They always encourage me to try new things.”

When it comes to the sport Aman relies on his parents for support.

“My parents say football reveals your true character,” explains Aman. Ā “On the field I feel like a totally different person.”

The wide receiver knows that if he wants to attend a CIS or NCAA school in the future he has a lot of developing to do; something that he has gotten an early start to.

“During the season I do cardio, like go on runs, as I believe I’m too young to lift heavy weights,” says the Class 2019 player. “I also attended a Michigan University football camp led by Jim HarbaughĀ and matched up well against the American players.”

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
