| Position Summary: |
- Reporting to the Coaching Director, this position will be responsible for general functioning of the Junior Varsity Team, including recruitment, and fulfilling Board directives.
- Responsibilities:
- Recruit team members from Guelph and surrounding areas.
- Ensure registration and payment of fees as per Board direction
- Participate in fundraising activities
- Recruit and manage coaching staff
- Plan and carry out JV practices
- Represent Guelph Minor Football Association in a professional manner in all settings.

- 4 years coaching experience with at least 2 years head coach experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Clean police record check
