Mind of McCabe: Victory Lap. Who is it benefiting?

Normal doesn’t really exist. We all live in our own world where our immediate surroundings are what become the norm while any other ideas become abstract. Often I let you know about my Ontario ignorance, which I’m sure makes people laugh, confused, and frustrated all at the same time, and I’m going to do it again this week with a discussion about the infamous “Victory Lap” year that’s unique to Ontario.
