The 6’1″, 195lbs prospect originally hails from La Prairie, QC, where he began his high school career playing at CFC50 Charles-Lemoyne before heading down south to complete his studies at McCallie School in Tennessee.

Paul was a popular figure on the recruiting trail with offers from Penn State, Missouri, Tennessee, Michigan State, Cincinnati, Mississippi State and Ole Miss amongst others, but he originally committed to Vanderbilt. After taking some time to think over the decision, he’s now heading to North Carolina to play for the Blue Devils instead. Long before the CFC100 Rankings were ever thought of, Duke was home to Canadian DB Chris Rwabukamba, who enjoyed a eight year career in the CFL after being selected in the 2010 Draft.
