The 6’2, 200 lbs Brampton, Ontario native attended St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders in Florida the past two seasons winning back-to-back Class 7A Florida state title.
After being courted by the likes of UCLA, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State and more, committed to the Tennessee Volunteers.

That has now become a reality as Palmer signed his LOI earlier today.

Previous to the Raiders, Palmer has suited up for both the St. Roch Ravens of the Region of Peel Secondary School Athletic Association (ROPSSAA) and Burlington Stampeders of the Ontario Football Conference (OFC).
He was ranked fifth in the most recent edition of the CFC100 CLASS 2017 RANKINGS.
