
D’Youville started the game with a great running game, and capped off their scoring drive with a TD pass in the redzone.
Assumption answered back with a good looking passing game and drive down the field to score a touchdown of their own. The extra point was blocked leaving the score at 7-6 d’Youville.
In the second half the Panthers running game kept control of field position. D’Youville also found a way to keep the Lion’s passing game from moving the ball. The Lions were pinned deep all game and eventually ended up taking a safety.
Later in the 4th quarter d’Youville returned a punt back for a 46 yard touchdown. The extra point was blocked.
d’Youville had 200+ yards rushing and 50+ yards in the air.
