Three years ago Adam Dekraker started his football career with the Cobras in the London Minor Football Association (LMFA).

This past season the running back won MVP for the LMFA peewee Cobras.

Moreover, he has also played in the Ontario Football Conference (OFC) with the Forest City Thunderbirds.

This upcoming year Adam hopes to play for the London Junior Mustangs in the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL).

“My goals for the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC) are to make the team as a running back,” said Adam, who has also played outside linebacker, wide receiver, kicker and punter.

During the offseason the Cobra works with a trainer three to four times a week and he plays basketball for the Ontario Basketball Association.

On the field his football idol is great running back Christian McCaffery because he never gives up and always keeps going no matter the circumstance.

“I love to play football because I love team sports and the adrenaline rush it gives me from playing a contact sport,” commented the Cobra. “Next year I am looking forward to playing for my hometown high school football team EESS.”
