Five years ago, Trey O’Brien began playing in the National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA) with the Bell Warriors, where he recently wrapped up a season at the peewee level.

Aside from the Warriors, Trey also spent a year with the Ottawa Myers Riders in the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL).

During the offseason, he goes to the gym and attends winter workouts. Moreover, he also participates in offseason programs.

In the coming days, Trey would like to achieve a key objective at the Ontario Prospect Challenge.

β€œMy goals for the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC) are to make the team as a defensive lineman,” said Trey.

In football, his idol is Ray Lewis because he is a dominant player and no matter what he always stands up for himself.

β€œI have loved that game of football since I was 8,” commented the Warriors standout. β€œIt’s the most intense sport I have ever played.”

β€œI love to tackle and I love the intensity of the game,” added Trey.
