Erick Baptiste has been playing football for the past three and a half years.

Currently, he plays for the North Gloucester Giants as a slotback and running back.

During the offseason he trains with his trainer four times a week when he works on his agility, flexibility and explosiveness.

“My goals for the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC) is to make the team and get a scholarship,” said Erick.

On the field, his idol is LeSean McCoy because we both have the same running styles.

“I’ve loved the game football since I was four years old, but I never had the chance to play till three and a half years ago,” commented Erick, “a friend of mine’s parents came up to me and said I should play football for the Giants so I did that.”

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
