Anthony Federico started playing football in the sixth grade, and just finished his fifth season of high school football.

The 2016 recruit played for the St. Michael Mustangs and has a goal of playing in the CIS.

The defensive end has visited Waterloo, and is also considering Queen’s.

Anthony has not yet made a decision on where he will be playing next year.

Moreover, over the past five years he has spent the offseason with a coach that has been motivating him to be better every day and become a better player, as well as student.

“I’ve had great coaches all along the way to make me the player I am today,” said Anthony. “As well as great players playing right beside me.”

On the field the Mustangsatandout’s role model is Marcel Darius.

“I love playing football because of the family that is made between your brothers that you grind with every single day,” commented the defensive end. “I love the fact that there is always a teammates to back you up.”

“I love the feeling of being across from someone and battling.”
