SĆ©bastien Auclairā€™s gridiron experience thus far has been fun.

The defensive lineman started playing at the age of six for the Cumberland Panthers, and he has been in the National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA) ever since.

During the offseason, he participates in CrossFit twice per week, plays basketball with the Gloucester Cumberland Basketball Association (GCBA) and he runs on a treadmill twice a week.

SĆ©bastienā€™s goal for the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC) is ā€œto practice my intensity on the football field.ā€

On the field, the Panthers satndout’s idol is J.J. Watt because he dictates what happens and he is unselfish.

ā€œI love to play football because of the strategy involved in the game and I like to push my limits,ā€ commented SĆ©bastien.
