The Guelph Bears held it close for the first half against the Newmarket Bucs this past Friday but came up short losing 41-20.
Coach Chas Dougles of the Guelph Bears blames inconsistency on his team’s performance. “[The] offence and defense are not being consistent and [our players] are not finishing plays…” Job Reinhart had another impressive performance this week, he went 12-27 for 241yards and 3 TDs. Aidan Fraser hauled in 6 catches for 111 yards and 1 TD and Noel Amaya had 4 catchs for 100 yards and 2TDs.
The JV squad finish up their road tour in Niagara this weekend.
