Ironically while in Toronto for their week eight matchup against the Toronto Thunder, the game was postponed due to severe thunderstorms.Β Β A rain date has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 24 at 8pm.Β Β The Grenadiers and Thunder will both travel to Pickering and play at Kinsmen Park.
On Sunday, July 22 the Grenadiers travelled to Hamilton to pound the gridiron with the Ironmen.Β Β Unfortunately the game was cut short just shy of the halfway point.Β Β On Thursday, July 26 the Grenadiers and Ironmen will share the same playing field as the Hamilton Tiger Cats, Ivor Wynne Stadium.Β Β Game time is set for 9:00pm where they will pick it up with 1:34 remaining in the first half; score 14-6 for Hamilton.
