Running back scores seven TDs in Oakville Titans rout

Peter Marko’s first carry of the game was an indication of things to come.

The Oakville Titans running back scored seven touchdowns, including an 85-yard scamper on the first play from scrimmage, as Oakville routed Clarington 49-14 to improve to 2-0 on the summer rep football season.

One of Marko’s TDs came on a pass from Oakville quarterback Davis Boulding. Others were set up by runs by Tanner Guy, Joseph Peters and Adam Tosti. Guy kicked five converts and added a two-point conversion.

The Titans defeated the North Halton Crimson Tide 44-32 in their season opener.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
