After a disappointing 43-6 loss in the season opener the junior varsity Toronto Thunder were able to regroup, defeating the Kingston Grenadiers 28-20 at George Vanier Secondary on Saturday.
Coach Bubba and the junior varsity Thunder are now an even 1-1 on the year entering a match-up next week with the Essex Ravens.
