UBC Spring Camp underway

Blake Nill is getting his first look at his new team as the UBC Thunderbirds football team opened spring camp on Wednesday.

The Thunderbirds will hold 10 practices in total over an 11 day span and then another four practices at the end of April.

This year will mark Nill’s 18^th season as a CIS head coach and first at the helm of the Thunderbirds program. He previously spent nine years as head coach at the University of Calgary and eight years as head coach of the Saint Mary’s Huskies.
