A very intelligent man – Plato was quoted as follows – “Necessity is the mother of invention”. In other words, problems encourage creativity. A corollary can be added – “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result” is the definition of insanity. Again this quote is offered by a relatively smart man – Albert Einstein.

What has this got to do with football? Back to the title; how can McGill, Concordia or Sherbrooke expect to beat either Laval or Montreal unless they change something and I believe that “the something” has to be relatively significant. The same question could be asked of York or Toronto and several other Ontario teams; what are their chances of beating Western without significant change(s)?
