The 6’3″, 225lbs prospect originally hails from Chateauguay, QC, and has gone on a long winding journey before becoming an Eagle. Kolenge began his career in Quebec playing for DalbΓ©-Viau before heading down south to play at Clearwater Academy in Flordia, before finally finishing his high school playing days at Loomis Chaffee in Connecticut.
Kolenge was a busy man on the recruiting trail receiving offers from Cincinnati, Syracuse, Nebraska, West Virginia, Indiana, South Carolina and Virginia Tech amongst others, but in the end Boston College land another Canadian commit. He will be joining fellow Quebec CFC100 WR Ezechiel Tieide, who will be entering his redshirt senior year with the Eagles next season.
