OFC: Jusdanis dedicated to Stampeders’ development

A dedicated regime to fitness and nutrition drives the Stampeder program.

Players are focused both on and off the field to a lifestyle choice that gives them winning results.Β  Larry Jusdanis is a dedicated coach with the Varsity Burlington Stampeders of the Ontario Football Conference (OFC).

Furthermore, Jusdanis is a mentor both on and off the field to many Stampeders’ players, driving home the motivation to succeed with their fitness and lifestyle choices.

Not limited to just the Stampeders program, he further develops and coaches at the high school level, a part of the Assumption Crusaders of the Halton Secondary School Athletic Association (HSSAA).

Also, Jusdanis has played an active role in the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC).

Throughout the year, Β Jusdanis’ Sports SpecificTraining (SST) runs intense football instructional camps that focus on strength training, speed training, and nutrition.Β  Participation in the Stamp Camp and speed development training result in athleticism on the field.

This translates to winning results on the field.Β  The friendships developed between the players and athletes is one of support and admiration.Β  Players of all ages and levels of development work together at the gym, and support each other on the field.

Jusdanis, a former quarterback with the Hamilton Tiger Cats and Montreal Alouettes, started his career at the CIS level with Acadia Axemen.Β  His support and commitment to mentoring youth have led to the success of many aspiring athletes.

With the summer Stampeders’ program well underway, the kick-off to the SST, Fox40 High Performance Football camp ups the competition demonstrating the level of dedication the players have to ensuring a winning season at both the junior varsity and varsity levels.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
