Ten-year-old Isaac White started his gridiron career with four years of experience in the London Minor Football Association (LMFA). During his time there, he spent three years as a running back and one year as a quarterback.
In 2013, White earned a spot in the LMFA All-Star game as a running back. Ā Also, he enjoyed an undefeated Ontario Minor Football League (OMFL) season Ā en route to a league championship with the London Jr. Mustangs.
White has played with the Jr. Mustangsā competitive travel team for two years. Ā Recentl, he added the position of middle linebacker to his skill set.
During the offseason, the Jr. Mustang plays other sports such as basketball and volleyball, as well as participating in football camps and conditioning.
White is looking forward to participating in the upcoming Ontario Prospect Challenge.
āMy goals for the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC) are to play with the top notch players and learn new skills from the different coaches,” said the Mustangs standout.
White, also hopes to make the CFC 100 in his graduating year.
āBeing on the CFC 100 would be exciting,ā explained the Jr. Mustangs standout. “To see all the work and effort being recognized at such a high level.ā
Although White is young, he knows that football is the sport for him.
āItās who I am, itās in my bones,” says White.
