Having spent approximately 40 years coaching at the university level, I have great respect for the importance of recruiting. From the universityβs perspective; recruiting effectively is the primary requirement of all successful teams. From an athleteβs perspective making the best possible choice of school is necessary to thrive and enjoy what should be a life changing experience. The following are my thoughts on this process.
