1)      BASIL BOWL WEEKEND:

It might be Thanksgiving this weekend but it’s also Basil Bowl Weekend in Toronto.  A variety of events are planned leading up to an exhibition game.  St Michael’s Kerry Blues of the Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA) will host St Thomas Aquinas Flames of the Thames Valley Regional Athletic Association (TVRAA). The Flames will arrive today in Toronto.  In between the big game and practices, there are other events being held such as a lunch involving both teams, welcome/reception for the Flames hosted by the Blues, Kerry Blues Team Mass, Opening Ceremonies and a postgame tailgate party hosted by St. Michaels. The game itself will be on Saturday at 6:25pm.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
