- Quebec never disappoints. La Chaotic Province delivered again with Roger-Comtois making their case for a spot in the top 25 after dismantling previously top 10 ranked Saint-Joseph 30-6. When you couple this with Deux-Montagnes holding on for dear life against Dalbe-Viau to come away with a 23-21 victory, it causes some confusion in the rankings. Saint-Joseph still own a dominant 25-7 victory over College Laval in week two, but that game seems like a distant memory after watching the Vert et Or lose their last two contests by a combined score of 55-6. Meanwhile, College Laval defeated Dalbe-Viau two weeks ago 29-26, and to further complicate the rankings they don’t have a chance to play undefeated Deux-Montagnes during the regular season. We will get some better intel after this week’s slate of games with Roger-Comtois taking on Dalbe-Viau, and the darkhorse in this entire equation College de Levis taking on College Laval.
CFC100 CLASS 2026 RANKINGS
- Another week, and we’ve got another decisive victory for Greenall, who continue to wreak havoc in the South Rural league with a 48-21 victory against Central. On the other side of the province, Bishop J. Mahoney fell short against Holy Cross, but put up a great fight considering the Crusaders are currently ranked top 10 on the CFC50 High School Rankings, and will likely represent Saskatoon in the 6A provincial finals once again this year. It’s a strange quirk in the Saskatoon scheduling that pits 5A programs against 6A programs throughout the regular season, but with the Saints two toughest opponents out of the way, we expect them to run the table down the stretch and head into the playoffs on a heater. We’ve also shown some respect to F.W. Johnson, who have filled the void left by Greenall in the Regina Stewart Division, and are looking like they could make some noise come playoff time.

- We’ve got a new pole sitter in Manitoba after Tec Voc found a way to defeat the defending champions Fort Frances 20-11. This leaves them all alone at the top of division with a flawless 4-0 record, but it’s shaping up to be a great battle to the finish line with Fort Frances, John Taylor and Portage all capable of getting the job done in the playoffs.
- It was a tough week for Ontario ranked teams with Lo-Ellen, Oakridge and Waterford failing to chalk up a W. This leads the way for Holy Cross out of Peterborough to jump on the list after a 2-0 start including a massive win over Thomas A. Stewart.

- We are finally getting some clarity in BC with the regular season in full swing, and the first to rise into the top 25 is South Kamloops after defeating Westsyde 34-13. One program to watch is Robert Bateman, who had the toughest preseason schedule out of all the AA programs, and should be a stronger team down the stretch after testing themselves against quality competition to begin the year.
